Top 5 is a subscription product that gives members access to a daily curated digest and related archive features while the subscription is active.
Accounts and access
Access is tied to the email address used to sign in and purchase. Keep control of that inbox. You are responsible for activity that happens through your session or magic-link access.
Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal or applicable payment settings. Pricing, availability, and product details may change over time.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, interfere with normal operation, attempt to bypass paywalls or auth controls, or use automated means to scrape subscriber-only content at scale.
Content and links
Top 5 curates and links to third-party content. Ownership and availability of those materials remain with the original publishers. Linked content may change, disappear, or sit behind third-party paywalls.
Service changes
The service is evolving. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product improves. If the product is discontinued, reasonable effort will be made to stop renewing subscriptions.
